Reclamation assists


This service consists in determining the merits of a complaint by a Customer of lubricants and finding reasons for poor quality of the product. To conduct it PROXELON employee must be present in the storage of reclamated goods. This service is available to PROXELON subscribers and order in advance.

The scope of inquiry, assistance is always determined with the Client. More information can be obtained by contacting the representative of PROXELON.
